The city of Turku offers the conference guests a Hospitality Reception on May 23 at 6pm in the City Hall, Aurakatu 4, 20100 Turku. The reception includes a light meal (salad/pie) and there will be a representative from the city to welcome the conference participants to Turku. Find the City Hall and directions from the conference venue “Educarium” on the map.
The hospitality is free of charge for the conference guests but due to meal service, the attendance must be entered when registering to the conference.
